We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful project manager to join our dynamic team. The project manager’s duties includes overseeing project timelines, manage and facilitate the communication with/among project stakeholders such as developer, consultant, vendors, project team members,… etc. Also, managing budgets, ensuring quality control. Other responsibilities may include identifying and mitigating risks, resolving conflicts, reporting project progress, and adhering to organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential traits for this position.
Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring the project time schedule and budget to ensure that completion milestones, dates and target budgets are achieved.
- Plan, organise, and direct the project activities and resources with the project team.
- Study the project specifications to determine the appropriate construction methods to be considered.
- Overview of contracts and negotiation of revisions and changes to contractual agreements and documents, in collaboration with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend, manage project progress meetings Manage the communication with the various project stakeholders such as the developer, consultants, vendors, and project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering – Civil or Architecture Major +15 years of experience with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
- Minimum 10 years contractor experience.
- Excellent leadership, planning and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
